It's a 4cyl - 1. It's going to sound like a 4cyl. I'm not sure why people are expecting it not to? Yes some systems sound better then others but they all will sound farty

Sir, where are you getting your information from that the GR corolla is a four-cylinder lol

The single exit sounds quieter than the dual? Both these sound awesome by the way. When will they be available for purchase?
The single is louder in person, both inside and outside. I think the dual is perfect volume, but personally I'm keeping the single.

We are going to redo the single videos here soon, our actual final production prototype will have a slightly different muffler and resonator that hopefully get the sound where we want. Those will be done in about 20 days, and we'll have a full titanium system to test as well, in the single version.

If those tests go well we'd like to release them by late august.

Low profile single on the right or left side. Like the WRC cars, but quieter. Similar to the old Apexi World Sport.
The WS is a bodied muffler. Large oval with a tip. Canister stylet is called the Apexi N1.

Both sound pretty good. I'm a bit amazed at how lower toned the N1 is. Does the dual not have a resonator? I know the N1 does.

Those are in production. Batch will be done late july.
Sweet! Plans to remove the one off the turbo?

Yea, the middle pipe is what we are making. Bolt on 3in straight.

Both of our videos have the same front SXTH resonator in there.

Why can't people make a video where it actually shows off the exhaust where drivers will actually use it: outside. Hearing it in a room full of echo listening to him rev it doesn't do anything.

For all I know it sounds like a trumpet when actually taking off from a stop.
They went outside and did donuts at the end, seemed to give a good indication of real world sound. This one doesn't sound too bad. I have a lot of questions about this video but few are to do with the car.

woo I'm liking that dual, sounds good and reasonable volume. Will the tips have enough adjustability to be brought in closer to flush with the bumper? August 😬 hopefully the wait doesn't make summer go by faster heh.

Is there anyway a system could have a remote for the valves? I have ordered valve controllers in the past, but often an exhaust company can make it an option for an additional price.

I have heard aftermarket exhausts on the CRC and they are much louder than stock, not sure why, but for those of us with neighbors and office settings that require a bit of quiet it could be a great solution.

The size of the OE muffler is huge. It does a lot. Aftermarket units are using half and even quarter the size mufflers. Resonators almost. They improve flow and add noise. Just kinda how it goes.
