Here’s my pro tips when installing this intake.
If you’re installing the inlet adapter, do yourself a favor and remove the engine cowl. It will make your life a lot easier and it only take a few minutes. There is virtual no room to work with as you can see from the photo I took. I had it removed anyway because I was installing coilovers at the same time.

Lastly, I didn’t like the tension that was put on the vacuum line in step 12 in the
instructions. To be on the safe side I used a 90-degree 4mm brass fitting and a 4mm ID high temp silicone vacuum hose. I don’t know if anyone else experienced this or whether it bothered anyone else, but it didn’t sit well with me.
