Is the steering ratio listed anywhere?

GRY Rallye is 12.4:1 which is pretty wild. We’ll see if it’s close to that. If so it’d be pretty wild.

I had a FoST and that variable rack was fun. 13.7 that goes down to 10.1. I assume the FiST has something similar?

Not sure if it’s variable but advertised is 13.3:1 I believe. Definitely a great feeling electric steering rack.

Love the steering rack on my FoST. So much feedback and feeling from an electric steering column. Don't know how they managed it.

Based upon my vast Ford ST/RS experience (USA and UK models), Toyota experience (I currently own a Corolla Hatchback and a GR86), and reviews of the GR Yaris, I anticipate the GR Corolla will not be quite as eager on turn in compared to the fast Fords. I enjoy the fast Ford “frantic nature” but it can be a bit much. We’ll see how the GR Corolla turns out. I’d like close-to-Ford eagerness but a little bit less.

Likely. GR Yaris has it. But TBD.

No idea! I'm not sure where exactly they'll tour these babies around, prob just the auto show circuit. There are currently 3 prototypes, but none of them are production spec. Just whatever they could get their hands on to build.

The no artificial noise is a surprise but a good surprise. Might have to do with less noise restrictions vs. Europe and no “particulate traps” needed in the exhaust.

I guess we have the triple exhaust to thank! Its still going to make it a pain for me to get bike carrying option to fit. Dont want roof rack and really dont care for suction cups either.
Anyway, nice to hear from Toyota. Takes care of all my pet peeves that annoy me but i live with, fake vents and electronic piped in sounds.

I would like to know if the vented hood, gloss black grill, and diffuser will be An option or part of the performance pack on the core. Multiple pictures and video shows these on a GRC with the smaller spoiler and I prefer the smaller spoiler.

The larger spoiler, vented hood and CF roof are circuit exclusives, as far as we know. The older photos were pre-production models that "aren't representative of the final product" to put it in corporate speak... Lol

To get what u want, prob need to get the Circuit Edition and go Toyota parts and buy the small spoiler. You prob cant go the other way as those are signature items and prob restricted sale by vin.

The CE spoiler is an add on to the core spoiler. Both editions come with the core lip spoiler. So I'm sure you can remove the larger add on spoiler off of your CE if you choose to.

Really? Looks like completely different spoiler to me, the CE has a big gap while the Core one i dont see that. No way to do that witg an add on.
