Any new developments since the fix apparently didn't work?
I just finished finalizing our fully tested fix this morning, just in time before our plastic shows up. Just ordered the vacuum hose and tee fitting we needed.
Since being able to generate the CEL at will before, I have yet to get the CEL in 3 days, 10 drive cycles.

I hope to have the blog post finished tomorrow.

So excited :)

I don't want to jump the gun here, but this is working so far. Being able to trip the CEL at my willing, this has yet to come up for me in all of my different way of getting the light to come on in 15 minutes.

I have a couple more things to test and validate, but we are looking at the finish line in the distance.

I have also tried the MST "bypass" methods without success. Trying to cover all driving styles and boosting situations here, and those methods they posted did not work for me.

What I like about what I've done below, we keep OEM intended PCV monitoring in place.

BRB 😅

So do we have to wait another 2 months for our intakes or receive the fix later? I need my boost noises :)
We still plan to start shipping next week when the plastic gets here. Once these hoses are finished then we'll get those out to anyone who needs them for no charge.
I hope to have them done in 30-45 days.

Is that a complete tube replacement?
Yup.

I have been tirelessly working on this for over a month, trying EVERYHTING.

I am almost done with our detailed blog post about this, which explains A LOT.

The change in intake flow changes flow/pressure in the PCV tube, sending the pressure change value the sensor is monitoring out of range.
I needed to change the inner diameter of this hose, AND change the drawing location to bring everything within spec again.

Also needed to add the port for the fitting here.

So the PCV fix is still free for those of us who pre-ordered the intake right?

I see on the website that it's $60 and I'm going to be less than impressed if I have to pay for something that should've been included and was supposed to be free since it wasn't, like the armrest screw caps that I was told were going to be free and had to pay for.

Correct, if you pre-ordered the intake, you get the remaining parts sent to you when they are complete around Thanksgiving (y)

Any word on the fix? I just shipped in my early-run manufacturing defect tube for the free replacement and was hoping to get the new line shipped to me at the same time. Case - UJR7FU.

Can't wait to get this thing on!!

Do we have any idea when they will be available with Canadian vendors? Shipping from the states to Canada gets wild when taxes and duties come into play. Almost like buying the part 1.5 times lol
As soon as we have our initial batch, Uniq Performance should have his name on some if you need one!

Any idea when the guys over at Limit +1 will get both intakes and the PCV fix hoses? It was cheaper to order your intake from them along with my BOV during their black Friday after shipping, lol.

They'll get them at the same time lol. This is the very first batch of these things so they'll go everywhere to whoever has them pre-ordered and current intake owners.

Glad to hear! Did you read our blog post about the CEL?

If you don't have the CEL yet, you are simply not operating the throttle in the manner that trips the light.
Yeah I did! I’ve been trying all kinds of different throttle inputs, durations boost loads and RPM’s. I ordered the pcv hose fix regardless. Might just see how long it takes to trip the light before installing the hose
