I spoke to forge motorsports about them recently due to their pricing. Found out they are not US based, but have a "US" website. This is why their shipping costs are so high as well as be ready to pay import/duty fees upon receive product from them.

Good call! Didn’t know about the import/duty fees.

From personal experience Delta X offers old-school-impressive levels of customer service. No affiliation. Just a satisfied customer.

Bump. Delta X parts are top quality and customer service is awesome.

Just a personal mixed review on ZL1 Addons.
I ordered the GR Corolla lift pads as they looked like a solid product to keep the pinch weld lift points from bending. I don't have personal access to a lift so I have to move the car up and down with the floor jack.
None of the pads fit on my car, to which their response was that the pads fit on their test car from which they were designed. While I'm sure this is true, it was slightly frustrating that the pads could not have been designed in a way for even a quarter of an inch difference between cars so they were still able to be used. I contacted them to send back the pads and was given a QR code to scan. The pads left my job's through FedEx and disapeared. After a month and a half of no refund being issued I called ZL1 and somehow there was never a tracking number attached to the package. I was issued a refund about a week and a half after the first call about it, however it was only for the part itself with no reimbursement for shipping. I know this is a semi common practice, but is once again frustrating as I feel like it is not my fault the part didnt fit.
I'm only out $20ish for shipping costs but the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

Evasive Motorsports is a tricky one.

long story short i specifically asked for wheels in stock that could be delivered to be in 1-2 weeks (i was desperate since my wheels were stolen NYE). after some back and forth, i confirmed a set was in stock. i asked if they had any discounts available since figuring it was the new year. they said a free set of lugs was included. so i placed the order.

following monday i get an email “wheels aren’t in stock, wait time is 2+ weeks”. so i called and spoke to someone and they said they thought they could get them sooner but they were saying 2+ weeks since it can take that long at least. i asked about no confirmation on the lugs since ordering, they tell me no there’s no free lug nut promo, it was a black friday thing. so i tell them how i have it in email from them.

they told me they thought they could get the wheels sooner from the manufacturers warehouse (further admitting evasive never had them in stock themselves) and then that they’d include the lugs.

i did get the wheels in just under 2 weeks fortunately and they made good on the included lug nuts.

But there were quite a few miscommunications or “lies” worded in such a way to get me to order.

Like i said they did come through on time at the end of it but the experience made me unsure if i’d order from them again.

Downside is i think a lot of the major retailers will say they have wheels or other stuff “in stock” but what they really mean is the manufacturer or some other place has them in stock and would need to have them shipped to the retailer to then ship to the customer. quite a headache if you can’t really afford to wait.

I'd add RHDJapan to the reputable list without hesitation. They are one of the longest running JDM parts retailers, like Nengun (only usually cheaper), and I have been using them for 18years now without a single issue.

They do fit, but I believe they're intended to be installed off center of the pinch weld jack point. Can't remember where I saw that, because it's not on the product page.

I ended up milling mine with a wider and deeper groove so they did fit over the actual jack point. I also installed mine with silicone to fill the void and avoid corrosion. Ultimately I'm happy with them, but not happy with the work it took to get them to fit the way the SHOULD have in the first place.

I installed mine off center of the pinch weld. I might ditch them if/when Verus or Perrin come out with some.

Does anyone have any feedback on GR Performance Parts
Great, I cancelled a AWE exhaust, they accidentally still sent it and when I messaged them about it they sent a label to send it back and gave me store credit for the trouble.

was fun trying to get back to UPS, it barely fit in the car lol.

I did a return on rear spats I decided I didn't like, they were quick to take the return, sent a return UPS label, and gave me store credit minus a small fee for the shipping. Told them it wasn't my first order, wouldn't be my last.

Sad to say I used to get a ton of parts from Lakeland Florida Toyota or Overstock Parts Toyota. They have fallen from grace. Wait months for simple parts, then do not ship all of them and getting a credit for the parts not included is a nightmare. Not sure what happened but they were awesome, now not so sure what happened to them.

Gotta be personnel. Either not trained or don't care, or they're just overloaded and understaffed. There may have been a key person responsible for making everything run smoothly, if they were promoted or left, or whatever, who knows.

Great idea putting this list together—it’ll definitely save people a lot of hassle down the line. Having a central place where folks can share both good and bad experiences makes it so much easier to know who to trust when buying parts. I’ll keep an eye on the thread and add my input once I have more experiences to share.
