I've got a 3 ton Harbor freight floor jack and their Daytona branded jack stands. I've been using them all for several years, on multiple vehicles, no complaints. I also use wheel ramps for the GRC because of the lack of easily accessible jack points.

 

Been using a harbor Freight jack for almost 7-8 years no issues. Find some coupons and do it up. I am thinking of picking up a low profile one but this one works great. And habor frieght also sells cheap jack stands too. Couldnt find a pic of them though.

 

i use harbor freight like everyone else but for jacks i choose to use my body to cushion the blow

Same as @Hank and @Blade I have the Harbor Freight 1.5 ton low profile jack and Daytona aluminum jack stands. Work great and small and light enough to fit in my track box with all my other gear and spare parts.

 

HF DAYTONA 3 ton Long-Reach Low-Profile Floor Jack paired with ESCO 10499 Low Profile Performance Jack Stand, Flat Top Rubber Cushion Post, 3 Ton Capacity - not messing around with safety underneath the car. Not as portable but a much nicer jack than the lightweight stuff

Generally use a 5000lb Quickjack except when otherwise occupied or doing quick wheel/tire swaps.

+1 on the ESCO stands. I have a pair and they’re great and I actually trust them lol. The flat top is nice, just not great if you’re putting them on the pinch welds. I have some notched rubber pieces to sit on top of the stands for pinch welds

 

I found the best way is to use ramps for the front and then jack up the rear by the lift point next to the exhaust and use jack stands on the rear. I used HF jack stands and didn't die when I did my diff/transfer/transmission fluids last week.
