Sadly Ogier isn't in much of this season but that means I predict Elfyn to win the driver's champ and I definitely see Toyota winning manufacturer's champ. It'll be interesting to see if M-Sport is an actual contender now with the Puma since the Fiesta RS never did great. The GR team has it going this year. Ogier, Lappi. Evans, and Rovenpera

That’s what I’ve been saying as far as Ford’s entry with the Puma! You can tell Gazoo is happy building a all new car for the season

Why isn't there a race in North America? Haven't been following for to long of a time

North American rally races are a little different regulation wise than those for WRC. We have the North American Rally Association which allows brands like Subaru and VW to compete in those races whilst they can't in WRC. Not to mention, the WRC cars are based on European/Asian market cars that don't meet our strict crash testing or emissions standards. Rally is also not very popular in North America like it is in a lot of other countries

Calling out Ford on this one as the Fiesta WRC wasn't very reliable on a lot of the rallies. I really hope they thought things out well with the Puma Rally1

but I remember when they first announced the new regs and things. First thing I thought was battery safety and reliability on tough terrain
