I can only imagine what that hood is going to cost from the parts counter.
Far too much. Lol.

I'm hoping the aftermarket gives us something similar, as well as something close to the CE's spoiler at the reveal, since that's not official either.

Ideally I’d be ecstatic to get a black (or white) core + pp with the CE hood. Love the subtle aggressiveness plus functional vents even if it’s not a huge amount function, just not sure how realistic getting a core + CE hood is going to be. Def not a necessity for me but speculation is about all we can do rn anyway.

that said…. I’ve already been joking with a buddy that’s planning on getting a CE about borrowing his vin to order a hood lol

Then buying a circuit edition hood and matching the paint to black?
I'm doing that but with a white core 😂. Probably not though since with hardware included, that hood will probably be $1k+ before paint. Hood alone is probably $600-700 plus the vents, ducts, hardware

I'd actually prefer if the CE didn't come with the crazy spoiler from the teasers, that way I won't feel bad about putting an afternarket one on a core. I'd also love if someone made a hood with the CE bulge but the 6th gen Celica GTFour vent on it.

I like the functional hood Toyota made for the Circuit, major props to them.

But I'm certain the aftermarket will make some very aesthetic carbon fiber hoods (which look gorgeous when painted body color with the vents left carbon) as well as functional louver hood vents (a la TrackSpec) for anyone that wants a vented hood.

As someone that has accepted they will likely end up with a core im excited to see what the aftermarket makes us and I hope I don't pick an early release product then fall in love with a later one.

Yeah I'm hoping to do more care on my GRC's white wheels since I really neglected the ones on my IS 😄
It's habitual, my current black car and the loads of brake dust it creates has made me prioritize it. Just need some ceramic coating installed, a pressure washer, and a hefty investment in Adams or The Chemical Guys and we'll be good to go 🤘
