Hello everyone I apologize in advance for having to make you answer another wheel fitment question. I'm looking at getting AVID1 AV42 wheels for my GR Core. Some of the options I've seen are 18x9.5+35 and 18x8.5+35. I'm currently on stock suspension, but am wanting to go on lowering springs as well. I want to make sure I wont mess anything up as far as fitment issues goes. Thank you.

They should fit others have run similar "Subaru offset" wheels. The offset most go with is between +20-+28 or so. They will be tucked you most likely will need extended studs for the front and might be able to get away with a smaller spacer for the rear removing the 10mm factory spacer.
