I'll break the ice. My GRC is patiently waiting in the garage this morning for a "pedi". I bought a Winter setup and am currently in the dreaded "arriving by 9pm today" status on a set of black lug nuts. The OEMs will not work with the Turbomac wheels.

I think I am going to use the wait time to lay on some wax so the brake dust will spray off easier. I have a set of Endless pads to put on too... maybe today.

Conti Extreme Contact has a $110 rebate on set of 4 during month of November. Puts them within $9.00 ea of Discount Tires "store brand" of the same tire. Fifteen52 has 34% off almost all of their wheels in November. These Turbos went from about $300 down to $187.

Aaannd the obligatory damage by the "technician" at Discount Tire. Of course he said it was that way when he took it out of the unopened box. Those wheels come with a very solid plastic ring all the way around the wheels. IF it came that way, it left the factory like that. Highly doubtful but little recourse other than calling the guy a liar.

After the tire was mounted it's barely visible so I'll just touch it up.

These wheels have grown on me. Be sure to post pics when done. White-on-whites going to look great, but may be a hassle to keep clean lol

Will these wheels accept ET lug nuts or regular conical seat nuts?

Going up to the SF Bay Area on tues plan on dropping by Annex Suspension could come home with a set of Street/track coilovers. Still waiting for the CA DMV to deliver my personalized plated 4WD3CYL. Tempted by the Apex Black Friday deal but do not need tires yet and figure I might as well wait till they are worn out before changing.
