Wanted to start this thread for Stock (No ECU/Engine Mods) 2025 GRC owners affected by this issue and if it resolved your issue or not after this TSB update. We can at least keep track if it actually worked or not

I had owner on YT comment that the TSB reflash did not resolve their issue, but they were running MST intake on stock ecu

VIN: Im not sure if its VIN specific, but the last 4 of my VIN do not match whats on the TSB for AT models, so I may not be affected since it had not returned for me after I checking my stock airbox seal at 700mi

I'll start with mine as example:

Year: 2025
Transmission: AT
Tune: Stock
Engine: Stock
Last 4 VIN 2603 (MT) or 2601 (AT)? No
Current DTC: Had not returned since 700mi
TSB Reflash Date? Not completed
TSB Reflash Resolve? Not completed

** I will try to update below this as comments come in if the update resolved issue or not. Based on STOCK TUNE GRCs **

2 - 2025 GRC MT- No. Still having issue

0- 2025 GRC AT- No. Still having issue

0- 2025 GRC AT- Yes. Resolved

0 - 2025 GRC MT- Yes Resolved

NOPE. 2025 6MT.

TSB followed, and I still throw the CEL with the MST intake V1. The only difference I noticed is that the intake no longer flutters after the update LMAO.

I also just saw a Reddit post that someone with the SXTH intake got the 2025 update and reinstalled their intake and it’s still throwing the CEL.

So 2 votes for it not working so far.

Hello so I will post this info here since there are a few different threads talking about the TSB software update and the P2C9000. I have the HKS intake with full enclosure installed. Prior to the TSB I would get the code to easily pop going over 4k rpm. I added the SXTH FIX hose knowing they have it listed with not fixing the CEL issue. This hose fix was the only one that would hold off the code from coming back very quickly. I could go multiple days before it would come back. I even tried the MST V2 hose layout; which was worse. On my way to the dealer for the TSB software my CEL came back on. Installed software no problem. They cleared the code and then I drove the car hard all day Saturday Oct 4 2025. Let the car cool down between trips and did same thing. Driving aggressive and revving the engine over 5k. Did the same thing Sunday Oct 5 2025, again no issues. Monday a member on here asked me to take off the SXTH hose. So I did that and put the hose back to how the HKS intake install shows. On my second trip that day the CEL popped with P2C9000 very quickly again just like before the update. I then swapped back on the SXTH FIX hose and cleared codes. The CEL has been off since putting it back on.

To summarize:

25MY manual, TSB update, HKS intake with enclosure kit, & SXTH FIX hose installed.

This combination has kept the P2C9000 code from popping and allowing me to finally drive the car as intended.
