Anyone have updates on allocations here in quebec/ontario? spoke with my sales guy monday and he didnt have any news.

Hey just found out some of the canadian quebec dealer websites now have a partial configurator? Circuit as a 8500$ option?

I don’t remember the price difference for core vs circuit but wasn’t it in that ballpark?

It's weird because of the actual codes they have for each trim. Technically, in Canada, there are only three options of GR Corolla: Core, Circuit and Morizo. The latter is kind of an add on to the core, so they are, in the back end, considered options.

Yes, for whatever weird reasons here, Circuit is programmed to be an addon to Core: Confirmed Pricing and Model Options for CANADA

Still can't believe Americans pay more for the optional paint. Supersonic red and heavy metal are $425 USD options and only $250 CAD options for y'all. I mean WTF? $250 CAD is less than $200 USD. I mean the cars get painted in Japan, so it's not like the paint cost Toyota extra depending on the region it's shipped to. I mean it's only $225 USD more, but where is the justification for this increase? 🤬

I would happily pay $425 USD because your Cores are coming fully loaded, we have no choice unless you opt for Unobtainium Edition.

It's understandable he doesn't post it everywhere since it's a fireable offence.
He's taking risks for us that I'd rather not take personally.

Thankfully Toyota Canada seems to be tolerant towards him at the moment. I hope it stays that way and he doesn't get in trouble.

Thank you very much for this information! By curiosity, is it the same as in the US where allocations are straght up assigned with a VIN? If so, how can we find it? I am curious because I'm first at my dealer (a small one in Quebec's province) for a white core and I fell like I would get better & faster information from here. Like if the don't get my color at first I'm not sure I would be informed and I certainly would like to know. Also getting a VIN somehow makes it way more real and happening héhé

Also curious to ask if the msrp price is different from a province to another cause I recall reading it was 45 499$ cad for a core and above it's mentionned 47 709$ cad, also Toyota Lachute is probably a Quebec dealer as well...

The price diffence comes from the fact that the core edition in Canada is only available with the performance package (LSD and painted calipers).
