Hello, just wanted to introduce myself on here. I currently have a deposit down at my local Yota dealer, and am number one on their list. They didnt even know about it the week before it was announced. And just kept calling it the mysterious "hot hatch". Anyways I am going to order a fully loaded Core edition in White. Also from PA, right outside of Philly. And my local toyota STEALERSHIP is Team Toyota of Glen Mills.

I have always been an "import guy" and hate anything american made besides the bronco. But currently have a Tacoma, Rav4 and a 2013 wrx hatch. But the hatch is starting to cause me problems. And this GR Corrola is going to fill that niche easily of hatchback practicality. That subaru randomly gave up on back in 2014.

I had a felling we were working with the same dealer (hot hatch comments) and now that you edited your post I see I was right. I'm #2 and want a CE so it's good to see you want a core.

Greetings from the Harrisburg area! While i drive a Tacoma now I too had a '14 WRX Hatchback. I adored that car. I can't wait to go back to a five door.

Its such a good car. But being a Honda guy before owning the subie. It just has stupid dumb issues with it. I have been religious about maintenance with the car and things still go wrong. Also Subaru parts compared to Honda and toyota parts are ridiculously over priced. The 2020 Tacoma SX I have has been absolutely bullet proof. Its a shame Subaru gave up on the hatchbacks considering how many they sell with the XV crosstreks and outbacks. What color was your rex? Did you trade it in for the taco?

Yup I traded it back in 2018 for the Tacoma. It was white. thankfully i have never had any issues with the subi nor the taco. Hoping for a fully loaded Core in white on the GRC. It will look great parked next to the wife's white Nightfall Telluride.

Im from DC and still live in this area but my family hails from Pittsburgh and I went to grad school in Philly. Got a lot of love for PA, it can definitely get a little weird in the Pennsyltucky region lol but it’s still an amazing state. Speaking of PA, I’m planning on submitting my GRC to Regular Car Reviews as soon as I get the keys. I absolutely love those guys and they’re big Toyota folks so I imagine they’ll be interested. Getting roasted by Brian would be such an honor haha.

The GRC isn't much of a priority for me right now. I'd end up putting a Whipple on the Mustang probably before the GRC, or else I would be on all the lists you are, lmfao!!

Hopefully they make a few runs of production. Would be poo poo if they didn't. I have zero experience with Toyota. My last 3 vehicles have been Fords, then all over the place with manufacturers.

How many stealerships do you have your name in at? LOL, I just put my name in at My dealer. And am hoping for the best. I assume team toyota of glen mills is a big dealer? Also I did luck out to get my name as number one on their list. If they call and say we can only get you in a Circuit in black, and no cores in white, I will buy it and sell it and then wait for the fully loaded core in white that I want. At least that's my plan.
