No Jack?

I guess there is no jack because there is no spare wheel and tire.
Has anyone purchased the jack, jack handle and wheel nut wrench (see Pg 348 in the Owners Manual) so you have a jack with the vehicle?
If so, do the items fit within the cutouts near the where the Emergency Tire Repair kit is located under the cargo deck mat?
With the vehicle so low to the ground it seems it would difficult to put any jack under the front and rear jacking points, which look to be centrally located on each end of the vehicle.
The floor jack locations on Pg 325 do match up with the jack points shown on Pg 249, 350. The points on Pg 325 look to be hard to find.
I practiced removing the front trim piece and installing the tow eyelet.
Hopefully, if I ever need to tow it will be just be a few hundred yards or less.
Hopefully, I will never have a flat.

The central jacking points are for lifting the entire car. If you are lifting the car to replace a tire (or install a spare) then the points noted in the manual (behind the front wheels and ahead of the rear wheels) are more than adequate for your purpose. In fact, that's 100% why those points are used for jacking.

I don't have an OEM jack, jack handle, wheel nut wrench, etc. I have an aftermarket spare tire kit that came with all those tools and those do fit in the cutouts on the passenger side of the foam block.

You can usually buy a small scissor lift jack with handle from any you-pull salvage yard. I have one for my GR I got for $4.00. Haven't placed it in the car yet because I've yet to travel anywhere other than local. I am going to need to cut the Styrofoam out a bit for it to fit, but there is space. But I did jack my car up using it. It collapses down to less than 5" in height.

Wheel nut wrench I just plan to carry my torque wrench with the appropriate socket.

There is an old thread on this topic, just in case you haven't found it. I got both of those C-HR jack and Maserati spare back in 2023.

The CHR OEM stuff fits perfectly in the stock locations. I have the Maserati spare that fits perfectly behind the passenger seat, that I bought from @centerpunch . If I'm traveling, the spare is with me. I also keep a plug kit in the car at all times, along with the factory compressor. I feel reasonably well prepared.

The manual does list the lifting jack like torin black jack, handle, and wheel nut wrench on Pg 348, but very few owners actually carry it as a “ready-to-go” kit. The items do fit in the cutouts under the cargo deck mat near the emergency tire repair kit, but it’s tight. You have to remove the deck mat and occasionally move the repair kit to get everything snug. It’s doable, just not convenient. I also practiced the front trim removal and installing the tow eyelet, and it’s very straightforward but like you said, hopefully it’s only for very short towing moves. Most of us are just hoping we never get a flat in the first place.

I have no idea why you say it's tight for those items. They fit like a glove because the spots were specifically made for them. Mine fit like they are supposed to be there, because they are.

An observation: Searching online, looks like either CHR jack handle designs changed between years, or US market received a different style handle. The ones that would fit the GR foam cutout seem to be sold oversees, making it more expensive. The USDM design seems to be easier for actuation, but wont fit the GR cutout.

Possible USDM CHR jack set:
Example 1, Example 2

Possible EU/JDM CHR jack set:
Example 1, Example 2, Example 3

@ijuswannaride, perhaps the first year CHR's were built delivered with the jack set that you got your hands on. But that's just an assumption.
