I feel like I've scoured the internet and watched/read everything related to the GRC and I'd really like some more info

Do you believe the rumors and are we going to get something this week?

Rather than continue to endlessly speculate on the price, what else can we speculate? Haha

Can we list all the ways the final production-ready car will differ from the prototypes we've seen? I'm struggling.. Shit I need a hobby or something.

No price was released for the Type R right? I feel like that would have accelerated pricing on the GRC.

These multiple releases kinda suck. I get why manufacturers are doing it, they basically get two launches- one for the car and a second for the actual info. But it sucks.

Yes, but the Yen is down 25% or so from a year ago, so take that how you may.
Yeah, the Yen has been getting destroyed for 10 years straight against USD. It is down 45% during that time with absolutely no signs of recovery. In fact, it's fallen to levels we haven't seen since 1998.

I know that a lot of people fantasize about Japanese cars and culture, but their economy is in the dumpster right now. I'm not sure if Toyota can keep up with the falling Yen on pricing adjustments globally. You don't want to launch the car and then increase the price soon after, which may kill sales.

At the end of the day, pricing cars in USD is a win for us.

Im not all that knowledgeable on the topic but hasn’t the last 10 years been some of the best years for economic growth since the late 90s/early 2k? Finally for once Japan has some moderate inflation.

I'm not talking about deliveries, I'm talking about allocations.
I'm hoping they will be allocated at the same time, so I know if I'm getting a CE or have to get a Core.
That sure would be nice. And would help my anxiety quite a bit too 😅

Allocations for the CE will come out for decemberish maybe. So around November.

If the Core is suppose to launch in October allocations for that will happen in September.
