Any KC area GR Corolla waitlisters here? What are your dealers telling you?

Just got an update from Moore where I'm 4th in line. They got an allocation yesterday and no GRC for the KC region :(

Not quite KC, I'm in Columbia and I've got a deposit at Lou Fusz Toyota in St. Louis, 2nd in line behind a dealership sales manager. I'll give them a call today and ask for any updates.
Well that was a quick call, no allocations yet. My rep said they expect at least one by the winter, and don't anticipate getting any Circuit Editions. I guess it's a core for me.

I think the first wave which will be in Dec our area will get one maybe two. I think Hendrick will probably get one, and second will be between Olathe and Jay Wolfe. And the second one is a maybe. The second wave which will be around Feb/Mar will see a couple more for the big dealerships in the area. Then the smaller dealerships may see one in June or July of next year but probably not till later. I really hope I'm wrong here and we get a decent amount in area.

I want one and I'm not really all the picky of which trim level or color. Also I'm not looking to buy one until mid 2024 so I'm not in a rush or anything. If I cant get one then I'll look into a Civic Type R or import an Evo 5.

Kinda same here. Finally got pay coming in that I can afford a car like this, and the longer I wait, the bigger downpayment I can put down. But also the higher potential for a way worse interest rate as things are going now... But my only real requirement is the performance package. I need those LSDs. As much as I'd love a Type R, I want AWD more. Also, 23 is my favorite number, so I'd love a 2023 model year.
