Hello everyone! I'm from San Diego, CA. I currently drive a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and had it for 15 years and still love it but just looking for something new even though it's been a great car and no major issues. All my life I have been into hatches/wagons. My first car was an 80's manual Nissan Datsun hatch/wagon. I was pretty sad that no car makers have been making any hatches that I really liked until I saw the Corolla GR! I really love it and just hoping to get my hands on one. If I don't get one, I'll most likely wait for the other batch or something else like a Tesla Model 2 / Model Q which is rumored to be a hatch.

Yea, the 1st gen Speed3s didn't have a hood scoop. 2007-09 I believe? The ram air scoop was in the top grille.

Thats correct only the first gens had no hood scoop and they just had these ram air ducts near the center mazda emblem.

I have my name on 12 different dealers all ranging from different numbers. We will see, plus its a tough time to buy a car. Dealers are marking cars here around 20% over msrp 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
