Is anyone part of this Facebook group? Not sure if the person who's admin or a moderator is there? But they are in dire need of a moderator. I've admin'd and ran many facebook groups in the past. If the owner of that page is on here DM me shit out of hand there and known as the troll/shit post grc group because of the lack of moderation.

Dire need is an understatement. It’s by far the worst FB specific-car group I’ve been in as far as vehicles I’ve owned.

to add, I was a moderator in the 2nd Gen BRZ and GR86 FB group. The admin had close to zero tolerance for BS and I felt it was borderline “policed” but I felt the overall effect and in a way it worked.

I gave up being involved in the FB group. Sticking with just being here. Lots and lots and lots of arguing, and begging for cars and just overall bad vibes on the FB group. Much better environment here in the forum. IMO.

Since it's an open group, and my wife gets updates any time I post on Facebook, she's like "you talked about lowering springs, do you want to get some?" Like no, I don't, and then I start explaining spring rates and jounce and rebound and valving, and her eyes glaze over, it's like her telling me about the latest show on bravo.

Same. I’m glad to see a real, usable forum is on its way to being developed by reasonable people that just want to share information about a great car. I was afraid these were all but gone by the wayside thanks to fb groups - which are usually just trash.
