Yeah they’ve been playing around with it for awhile, but the twins probably won’t get a 3rd generation with all the issues Subaru is having with emissions and things.

AgreeeeeedYoo. If they do a coupe or a two door hatch GRC I'd be all over that.
At this point I am all but convinced Jeonsa is an insider at Toyota. Bro knows everything before everyone elseYeah they’ve been playing around with it for awhile, but the twins probably won’t get a 3rd generation with all the issues Subaru is having with emissions and things.
Big Toyota fan, I was following the twins for awhile and got to talk to people involved. 😂At this point I am all but convinced Jeonsa is an insider at Toyota. Bro knows everything before everyone else
Exactly like an insider would. 🤔🤔🤔Big Toyota fan, I was following the twins for awhile and got to talk to people involved. 😂
Hey remember before the STI was cancelled and it was rumored to come out this year and Wyno straight up said it was going to get cancelled? 😂Exactly like an insider would. 🤔🤔🤔
I mean, he literally is, in a way.Hey remember before the STI was cancelled and it was rumored to come out this year and Wyno straight up said it was going to get cancelled? 😂
THATS an insider.
That’s a MR2 Ryno. 😂I mean, he literally is, in a way.
Also, imagine a G16E, mid engine GR86. I'd give up my rear seats for that.
They can always build the engine then send it to the factory. The new Type R engines are hand assembled in Ohio but the car itself is built in Japan, correct me if I’m wrong.Side note - I don't really want G16E production to leave Japan but it might be the only way for this engine to scale up to meet demand from all the cars people want to throw this thing in 😂
Isn't labor more expensive in the US?They can always build the engine then send it to the factory. The new Type R engines are hand assembled in Ohio but the car itself is built in Japan, correct me if I’m wrong.
a MR2 with the motor would be better I think. Then we have the old Toyota lineup all over again as wellI would be more interested in a GR 86 with a G16E than the current motor.
1) I am not super interested in the Subie motor.
2) I live at altitude and turbo motors lose less hp w/altitude.
Naw it’ll be reliable.I just realized that the rumored MR2 is basically a BMW i8...3 cyl mid engine hybrid lol
And overpriced hahaNaw it’ll be reliable.
