This is my first modern tech car in a while and I've only ever had analog fuel gauges on my daily drivers.
I know it's not best practice to try and completely empty the fuel tank before fill up. But in a pinch... How accurate is the "X" amount of miles to empty estimate on the gauge cluster? Right now mine reads 40mi to empty and the actual gauge is sitting at around quarter of a tank.
I think my first fill up was down to ~25mi to empty and I remember putting in around 10.8gal, leaving with 2.4gal on reserve.
I looked in the manual and didn't see any low fuel light, so I'm assuming the estimation + gauge is the only point of reference.
