My wife has decided that she would be happy owning either of these cars and is having trouble deciding between them.
We'll probably buy one as soon as this horrible car market dips.
What do you guys think? I'm leaning more toward the Civic due to reputation alone, but the Veloster will definitely be more affordable.
We'll be doing test drives in both if we can manage to find any around.

My bias is toward the hatchback, I'll always look that direction when comparing. Si's have a great following tho (& reputation like you stated), might do better with resale.

My wife isn't a car person and she said the base Veloster was the worst car she's ever driven, and she used to own a Sunfire and her mom used to own a PT Cruiser. I don't know how much of that translates to the turbo, but the turbo is a lot closer to the base than the N.

If it was the Veloster N I'd say go for it.
I thought they stopped selling the Veloster Turbo.
Will be buying used as soon as the market isn't crazy.
