Door Panels holding lots of water

Ive been experiencing issues with specifically my driver and passenger front doors where they fill up with so much water it takes minutes for it to drain when I open my doors. I’ve removed the second middle plug out of the three on the doors opposed to the suggested one plug and it hadn’t made much of a difference. I can’t find anything wrong with the weather stripping either so I’m curious to see if anyone else has this problem.

depends on how you park
I think part of PDI is to remove something around the doors. I could be wrong but remember something about this being posted on here. Hopefully someone chimes in.
I wonder if it has to do with that weird grease type substance I've noticed around those holes.

According to car care nut (youtube) there is some sort of a defect with the RAV4 door seals as well as corolla door seals. His words were "it continues to be a problem. They could easily fix it. But have not". I took out one of the two plugs in each door. And even after washing the car or it raining alot, there still seems to be a ton of moisture inside the doors when you put the windows up and down. I have not felt the crazy sloshing around of water inside my doors. But I am worried long term about all that moisture constantly sitting inside the doors. I do not have the luxury of a garage (yet) but yepp still thinking about it long term.

If I can figure out a solution I will message you with it. Mabey try and take out all the plugs all together? idk

I was wondering that as well. Do we know which plugs are supposed to be installed and which were supposed to be removed?

My GRC has none of them installed. My CHB had one installed on each door, I ended up removing them completely from it.

The manual says to take one plug from each door but I had removed two total

Manual say to remove the front end plug on both sides
Well maybe I'll need to start backing in due to the driveway slope
