Any known exterior differences between the 2? I'm guessing headlights and tail lights will be somewhat different, with USDM spec having some amber lenses. Any other differences that anyone else has noticed?

JDM Rollas have the Corolla “C” logo on the front fascia instead of the Toyota emblem. They also have more trims

That's interesting. I never knew this tidbit.
Might need to order a JDM C logo from Amazon and slap it on

They do switch them but for us we would have to cut out the little intake parts

I believe the JDM E210 hatchbacks don't have the fake exhaust tips on the rear bumper but I can't find an image showing what it looks like...

Don’t the hatchbacks have AC vents in the back where we have a “twinkle tray” In the center console?
