I was considering it. I'd likely leave the side badging on. Maybe just remove the "GR" badge to troll a lil bit, LOL
I think i still have my WRX badging. that would really confuse people. this is the new STI after allGonna put an LE badge on it to confuse everyone.
I had my detail shop remove the side and rear emblems before they did ppf and ceramic coat, but the rear just looked bare without any emblems, so I replaced the GR emblem, although several inches further right than its original location. Taped it in place in various locations, finally kind of lined it up with the edge of the tail light.I was thinking removing “Corolla” but keeping all GR badges. I don’t mind subtle badges here and there if they are special or meaningful like “GR”
Do it lolI think i still have my WRX badging. that would really confuse people. this is the new STI after all
Thats unique, do you have a picture from further back? Here is my debadge/rebadge. I wanted the chrome Toyota badge hidden so I pulled the logo and wrapped it with some satin 3M wrap. I then relocated the GR logo.
I’ve de-badged a couple things before, but never reattached an emblem. I love what you did there though! It makes the back look much cleaner.I had my detail shop remove the side and rear emblems before they did ppf and ceramic coat, but the rear just looked bare without any emblems, so I replaced the GR emblem, although several inches further right than its original location. Love the idea of wrapping that, how hard was it to take that piece off the car? I'd love to troll with a Subaru oval or Ford oval logo wrap, but I'm not skilled enough to make one myself. Here is my debadge/rebadge.
