Picked up some of the painted CE parts today, front grille should be here Monday or Tuesday. It is a pretty subtle change, but I definitely like the all black look better than the textured plastic. I'll have to get the tow hook insert wrapped or something because currently that part is not available painted, at least not that I could find.

Once I get the front end swapped over I'll add it to this thread, but that may be after April 1 as that is my NASA HPDE event weekend and I'd hate to install it just for it to get ruined out there.

(Ignore the garage mess, its a work in progress)

It was really simple. There are like 4 push clips and a clip that is push on, but screw off behind each rear wheel to remove a cover that gives you access to the tabs for the valence, and there are 2 inserts that lock the valance to the bumper on each side. In the middle there were another 3-4 push clips on each side, then you can release the tabs from the bumper and it slides right out, so in total about 10 push clips, 4 inserts, and 2 screws for the reflectors. There are also 2 wire harness clips in the valance for the plate lights. It took me about 30-40 minutes doing it laying down in the garage. I used a pair of push-clip removal pliers, a clip pry tool, a small 90-degree pick, and a phillips screwdriver.

I got the cover from my local dealer for $186, but list is $282.

For the front I got the side vents ($42 ea. list $68), the grille ($227 list $344), and the GR grille insert/tow hook cover ($32 list $47) pieces, total $576 (list $805).

I think the front bumper will be much the same but I'll almost certainly have to pull it off the car to get the vents out.

Man that looks so much better, nice work! After detailing the car the black accents really pop, and with dark tint the rear bumper really looks out of place. I think I'll go this route as well so thanks for creating a thread 🤘🏻

No, I just got the part numbers and went to the dealership and had them order them. We didn't spend a lot of time looking at the different parts distribution centers inventory. The parts person just said that the parts were at various centers and would be here in about a week. My front grill showed up yesterday but I've not picked it up yet.

Hey PaidSticker, do you happen to have the part numbers for those CE Grill and Valence you could easily share?
Thank you!
