My first red car and it really looks good, pictures do not do it justice.
Once I picked it up I had customers taking pictures and the staff was all around it.
Mine is black and doesn't get that much attention, but still on the way home (150km) one guy wanted me to floor it on the highway. The staff at the dealearship werent gathered around the car, but they were looking from the distance.

Do you know when it was allocated to your dealer? My dealer is one of a few in NS that hasn't received an allocation yet and I'm trying to gage the delay between allocation and delivery.
Mine was allocated the third week of January and was delivered to the dealer on March 8th. ETA was the last week of March at first, then changed to 12-16 which was the same as one about an hour and a half drive from my dealer and they both came in almost a week before the ETA. Seems to be different tho depending on location, some in the USA have had they cars at the port for weeks.

I think this won't answer the question you have exactly, but maybe it will help make your educated guess more accurate.

I have been measuring the number of days between when a vehicle was initially allocated, and approximately when it was purchased (Date of First Use). This does include things like delays at the port, cross-nation rail transport, a vehicle sitting on the lot, and so on.

For those that are curious, this is counting 70 Canadian GRC VINs, the majority from November and December. There are too few February allocations sold to make a determination yet. But that makes sense because the only Feb allocation sold was around 12th of March and it was in BC. The vast majority of these Feb allocations are probably arriving at dealerships across the country soon. An allocation released on Feb 22nd, add 40 days, extrapolating from this data one would expect to see them sold beginning of April.

I don't think this is accurate. I picked up my car in BC on 6th of March. Maybe just a delay in reporting?

How long were you on the wait list for this? Did you end up getting the color you wanted?
At that dealership I was on it Feb 2022 and had to tell them about the car. They said I would be first and every 3-4 months I would just touch base with them. They kept their word and sold me the first one they got at MSRP no extras.
I wanted white as first choice red second but I am glad I got the red.

It could be as long as three months, but I think two months would be possible.

Mine was allocated on December 20th and I'm still waiting. It was originally scheduled to arrive end of Feb or early of March. It will hopefully be here next week. According to the dealer's updates, it sat at the port in Vancouver for about 3 weeks. As of last week it was in transit again. I'm told it goes by train to Toronto, then truck the rest of the way.
