Brake dust sucks. Had big time issue on my BMW 135i...As mentioned above Ceramic Coat the rims and caliper and although it did not take all the dust off I always used my..leaf blower to daily blow out the brake dust.. Worked great...The blower also worked great as well when you wish the car to get excess water of before you dry..man, the leaf blower is used so much around my house living in the woods its been fine tool.

I really do not think folks want weaker brakes....only that brake dust is a paint to deal with...Interrsting that the brake dust is bronze in color,,,,I have only dealt with dark grey or black dust on my cars.Had Advan Gunmetal rims on my last 2 cars and the brake dust was not to visible but for sure dulled the finish...The leaf blower took care of most in between washes...

Hate to bring this up again and I have read all the reasons why enthusiasts just love having performance brake pads for superior braking and that brake dust is ok to deal with but... I am, not a fan of the dust...and I also love great breaking but after having performance brakes on my BMW 135i and Speed3 and dealing with heavy brake dust for years it was relief to get away from it for a few years now in my wife's Mazda Turbo CX-5 which has good brakes but not as good as the GR Corolla., but good. And no dust. I am willing to give up a little brake performance for brakes that do not create so much dust , even in local easy driving. the GR rims are coated after just a few miles.. Regardless of cost is there options out there for pads that will work with the GR and not create so much dust...Not looking to change anything but the pads. Obviously I will live with the dust if need be as I like the car but for street driving that I do that's fairly non aggressive except for some pulls here and there on back roads...no track driving ... GR does have the Performance Pack...suggestions?

I have had the Endless SSM Plus pads installed for a couple hundred miles no with pretty much no dust in comparison to the stock pads. Initial bite might be a touch weaker but modulation is great and overall power is at least the same. I reused the stock backing plate and put anti seize on the plate where the pistons meet it and I have zero noise. 10/10 from me.

That's great and Zero noise as well !! Do you have a part # for the Endless SSM Plus pads you used? And do they come in a kit for both front and back together?
