Anniversary edition should of included real buttons

I love the MK8 Golf R. My only visual gripe is the center placement of the 'R' badge on the rear bothers me and I'd have to debadge it.

Gotta love the aesthetics only special editions 😂 Can't decide if I should pick a used one up while we wait for the GRC. They're all still holding value well, great car.

They’re quicker then I initially thought, a friend of mine picked one up.

MK8 Golf R’s are still very scarce in the US. AFAIK, pretty much the only ones came in a wave months ago. My local VW dealer in a smaller market says they have to “earn” their R allocations and only got two so far and no idea when they’ll get more. If the GRC doesn’t pan out for some reason, I might go back to the Houston dealer where I got my MK7.5 R and go for an 8.

(Nitpicking) I can’t stand VW wheel bolts. Why not have studs so I can hang the wheel while installing the nuts?
