I always wanted to buy one... They look nice!
When I went offroading the one time we stopped to wait for the others, and change a tire on the trail, and the Gladiator owner told me he wish he had gotten one instead but was looking at one for his wife 😂I always wanted to buy one... They look nice!
Dark green with bronze wheels has to be one of my favourite combos. I got the wheels for my 2000 4Runner before which was Imperial Jade Mica and swapped them over since I liked the green and bronze. Reminds me of the British Racing green with bronze and the 86 Hakone which are gorgeous. Plus every other FJ TT has the stock black wheels or aftermarket black wheels so bronze felt good to stand outBronze looks killer on the army green.
Thanks man! She's pretty much done at this point just shy of a RTT, the lights I still need to install, and just some random armour and suspension links. Eventually I wanna regear and do a SC but I need to get some money for those first hahaShe’s a beaut, Clark!
Very nice build 🤘
Basically the same list I have minus the RTT 👊Thanks man! She's pretty much done at this point just shy of a RTT, the lights I still need to install, and just some random armour and suspension links. Eventually I wanna regear and do a SC but I need to get some money for those first haha
I almost did bronze on my Barcelona Red 4Runner. I have the Trail Edition (before it went TRD Off Road), so the silver bumper valences would have clashed with the bronze. Dark grey TRD pro wheels are what I landed on.Dark green with bronze wheels has to be one of my favourite combos. I've had no issue with the snorkel, I think it's a well worth it upgrade. I have only changed my air filter once since having it on(about 4 years) since they keep the air cleaner in all scenarios. The snorkel also gets you colder air since it sits higher which is good. Another cool little thing is that at certain throttle positions, at least for the FJ, you can hear the air moving through the snorkel which I love. Only thing is to make sure you treat the holes you drill properly because the A-pillar likes to rust from the mount of the snorkel if you don't. In terms of the camping, it's nice a spacious if you put the seats down. The FJ feels a bit shorter but it's a bit wider to compensate. I'm obviously getting an RTT to do some solo or 2 person camping but the cargo space is quite nice and fairly spacious. Only thing I hate is that I wish the FJ had the power down gate window like the 4Runners but I get why they didn't.This thing really looks great. I would like one of these but I think it is too short to sleep in the back when solo camping lol. BTW how do you like the snorkel ando you notice any positive or negative differences? I was considering a snorkel on my 4runner to avoid dust and mud from the wheel well. Not sure if its worth cutting into the fender for though.
Yeah my dad has a 2012 Trail which was before the facelift so it nicely doesn't have the silver valances. He just went with black but he loves the bronze. Good choice on the gray TRD Pro's though.
